Financial Summary: Outstanding funding required for completion: $XX Million. Almost all film markets are expanding, and because of new technologies and viewing options. Although a U.S. theatrical release is still the initial target, this now accounts for only about 11% of a film´s revenues. Home video, rentals, cable, pay-per-view, streaming, and ancillary domestic markets constitute another 38%. Foreign markets now comprise 51% or more of a film´s revenues and are steadily increasing.
Target Market: The theater-going public thrives on action films with romance and human interest. A PG-13 rating from the MPAA is suitable for teenagers as well as our primary target audience, males 18-65 years of age. Complex relationships appeal to the female market. Foreign markets should yield half the total profits.
Distribution: Upon securing first monies through private financing, the DRAGON LEGACY Company will seek out pre-sold distribution or negative pickup with a letter of agreement or letter of credit from interested distributors to assist in putting together the total budget for the picture. Prince Nicholas de Vere von Drakenberg
Nicholas de Vere spent his early years in the Hertfordshire countryside. At age seven, his family moved to the remote outskirts of the Kentish village of Kemsing, and later to isolated rural settings in Devon and Sussex. His father and mother had contempt for human beings and human society. They sought to protect Nicholas from their mediocrity and banality in the sanctuary of the country. Nicholas learned practical country knowledge from his father, including deep respect for the natural world and ecology.
Nicholas learned about the family’s royal Scottish origins and involvement with royal witchcraft within the dragon tradition, as passed down to Nicholas’ father by his own parents. Nicholas’ father was gifted with the “king’s touch.” His paternal grandmother - a Scottish Gael - was a skilled seer, and his maternal grandmother had spent years as a student of mediumship.
Both of Nicholas’ parents were deeply committed to his broader education, fostering a love of Homer, the Sagas, Omar Khayyam, classical history and mythology. Nicholas grew and developed in isolation, detached from the vacuity of human culture, enveloped in a world of intellectualism, magic, mysticism and imagination. Nicholas was raised by his father to honor the female highly, discovering the greatest spiritual expression of human relationship as seraphic union of the divinity within male and female.
At age twelve, Nicholas was magically dedicated to the dragon tradition formally. At thirteen he first enacted the rite known as “Starfire.” His mother provided him works by Aleister Crowley, and he studied the principals of the Black Arts in earnest, gaining a considerable degree of competence in ritual magic. At fifteen, he underwent the ancient rite of kingship in accordance with archaic Gaelic tradition, bestowing the mantle of sovereignty arising from the very Earth itself.
By the 1980’s, Nicholas had become intimately conversant with a broad spectrum of magical traditions, and political perspectives. During this period he met and rejected numerous proponents of the Wiccan and New age Movements, considering them to be uninformed, self-deluding and magically incompetent.
On Midsummer’s night, 1985 Nicholas’ hereditary skill in and knowledge of royal witchcraft and magic was recognized by the Black Country Covenant of the Baphometic Order of the Cubic Stone, which awarded him the highest accolade of the covenant -- Magister Templi. The Order traces its origins back to the Knights Templars and Nicholas used his investiture as an invocational key in the pursuit of deeper, unwritten knowledge. In 1991 Nicholas was invested as a gartered and anointed knight of the Plantagenet Clan Donnachaid by Lord Lir of Orkney, the head of a cousin branch of the House of Vere.
During the 1990’s, Nicholas developed a series of associations with university lecturers and post-graduate scholars. Following the academic exchanges, Nicholas was encouraged to construct the basis of The Dragon Legacy, influenced by his experience of seraphism and hierogamy and by years of commitment to the elven, Within Dragon tradition, Nicholas is recognized as a royal Dragon prince by the House of Vere, and acknowledged as such by the British Government, Int’l Council of Princes, United Nations and European Commission.

Nicholas learned about the family’s royal Scottish origins and involvement with royal witchcraft within the dragon tradition, as passed down to Nicholas’ father by his own parents. Nicholas’ father was gifted with the “king’s touch.” His paternal grandmother - a Scottish Gael - was a skilled seer, and his maternal grandmother had spent years as a student of mediumship.
Both of Nicholas’ parents were deeply committed to his broader education, fostering a love of Homer, the Sagas, Omar Khayyam, classical history and mythology. Nicholas grew and developed in isolation, detached from the vacuity of human culture, enveloped in a world of intellectualism, magic, mysticism and imagination. Nicholas was raised by his father to honor the female highly, discovering the greatest spiritual expression of human relationship as seraphic union of the divinity within male and female.
At age twelve, Nicholas was magically dedicated to the dragon tradition formally. At thirteen he first enacted the rite known as “Starfire.” His mother provided him works by Aleister Crowley, and he studied the principals of the Black Arts in earnest, gaining a considerable degree of competence in ritual magic. At fifteen, he underwent the ancient rite of kingship in accordance with archaic Gaelic tradition, bestowing the mantle of sovereignty arising from the very Earth itself.
By the 1980’s, Nicholas had become intimately conversant with a broad spectrum of magical traditions, and political perspectives. During this period he met and rejected numerous proponents of the Wiccan and New age Movements, considering them to be uninformed, self-deluding and magically incompetent.
On Midsummer’s night, 1985 Nicholas’ hereditary skill in and knowledge of royal witchcraft and magic was recognized by the Black Country Covenant of the Baphometic Order of the Cubic Stone, which awarded him the highest accolade of the covenant -- Magister Templi. The Order traces its origins back to the Knights Templars and Nicholas used his investiture as an invocational key in the pursuit of deeper, unwritten knowledge. In 1991 Nicholas was invested as a gartered and anointed knight of the Plantagenet Clan Donnachaid by Lord Lir of Orkney, the head of a cousin branch of the House of Vere.
During the 1990’s, Nicholas developed a series of associations with university lecturers and post-graduate scholars. Following the academic exchanges, Nicholas was encouraged to construct the basis of The Dragon Legacy, influenced by his experience of seraphism and hierogamy and by years of commitment to the elven, Within Dragon tradition, Nicholas is recognized as a royal Dragon prince by the House of Vere, and acknowledged as such by the British Government, Int’l Council of Princes, United Nations and European Commission.

The Dragon Field: The Dragon, the Vampire & the Vortex
The Dragon is the universal energetic field, slumbering at the center of the Universe. A hidden Dragon sleeps within our deep nature and guides our collective destiny. All the virtual and electromagnetic waves bathe all things in this radiation, in their motion. Ancient structures bore the marks of the sumaire, the spiral labyrinth or vortex design, thus emphasizing the creachaire - sumaire theme of the Dragon - witch - Vampire - Overlord theme. The Orobourus, the reptilian symbol of completeness is the Sumaire, the serpent that encircles and spirals to create an inhaling vortex, a black hole that draws all energy and life into it.
Sumaire is pronounced shimmarie. Reminiscent of the word shimmer it suggests a relationship with that word which means to glow radiantly as with a light that had the power to fascinate perhaps. It is a pertinent meditation when one remembers that from the dawn of time the Elven Gods were called the Shining Ones. Here there is also a relationship with the words Shaman and Shamanism, a practice rooted in Northern Asia, the homeland of the speakers of ’Ar Sidhe Cantu’, being the Sundered Elven Tribe who went east.
The word ’Viking’ has been explained in various ways. Originally spelt ’Wicking’ it was thought to derive from the word ’wic’ meaning the inlet or mouth of a Fjord, whilst the earlier meaning of the word from the Old Friesian and Old English had ’wic’ as an encampment. In Russia however the ’Vikhr’ was a whirlwind, a manifestation of the Zmei or Dragon king which is dealt with later.
The Vikhr is a character which is common to both the Russians and the Irish and it will be remembered that Russia was actually founded by the Viking Ruotsi Clan, intimating that the actual definition of the word ’Viking’ is the same as the Irish word ’Sumaire’, a Dragon and a Vortex.
