Financial Summary: Outstanding funding required for completion: $XX Million. Almost all film markets are expanding, and because of new technologies and viewing options. Although a U.S. theatrical release is still the initial target, this now accounts for only about 11% of a film´s revenues. Home video, rentals, cable, pay-per-view, streaming, and ancillary domestic markets constitute another 38%. Foreign markets now comprise 51% or more of a film´s revenues and are steadily increasing.
Target Market: The theatre-going public thrives on action films with human interest. A PG-13 rating from the MPAA is suitable for teenagers as well as our primary target audience, males 18-65 years of age. Complex relationships appeal to the female market. Foreign markets should yield half the total profits.

STORY TREATMENT: WE DRAGON
A panorama of history and legend, “The Dragon Legacy” can potentially be developed as a biopic, sweeping historical romance or action-adventure -- a blockbuster tale of epic proportions like "Avatar", loaded with myth and magic. Any or all portions of the story can be developed on their own, (as shown by “Lord of the Rings”, "Da Vinci Code", "Excalibur", "Game of Thrones", "The Tudors"), or via flashbacks, “ancestral memories”, dreams, shamanic flights, or nonlinear narrative.
WE DRAGON is suitable for a franchise trilogy with a superstar such as Johnny Depp, an episodic mini-series, and/or documentaries. Historical Dragon ancestors can be portrayed by superstar cameos. A contemporary approach might follow one or a group of dragon descendants through the mindwarping discovery of their noble heritage, as perceptions deepen and transform. The editorial and directorial challenge is to contextualize all eras of Dragon heritage (spanning from Pharaohs and Emperors to Vampires, Elves, Fairies, and Druids) without overloading the main storyline.
WE DRAGON shows how the contemporary world was usurped by greedy globalists bent on hegemony, devoid of the bloodline legacy of the divine stewards and seers of antiquity. For many centuries, the dragon clan has remained hidden, but once again it is reborn. Though quirky and reclusive, our goal-oriented protagonist re-institutes the Dragon Court, and begins setting the historical record straight, reclaiming the royal Dragon Legacy with his genetically and metaphysically related Dragon Dynasties in today's overheated political climate. Typical machinations of courtly and dynastic life ensue, including demonization and genocide by competing factions. Through mutual aid, the Dragon clan struggles against the opposition of the Illuminati, the Vatican, Fundamentalists, New Age promoters, contemporary "royals", poseurs, the global elite, transnational spies and double agents, maybe even extraterrestrial forces.
THE DRAGON FIELD is the universal energetic field. A mighty Dragon (Draco) slumbers at the center of the Universe. A hidden Dragon sleeps within our deep nature and guides our collective destiny. The prime paradigm of each era is that of its Age. Our story can only be understood against the vast backdrop of the archetype of Eternal Return: the Great Cycle of Precession which changes world Ages, but not without catastrophic growing pains. The Dragon remains unchanging at the heart of this process. Earth wants an answer to Chaos, and it may be We Dragon. The axiom "As Above, So Below" means Earth's sacred dragon clan mystically connects with the Dragon, the Infinite Nothing at the center of the Universe. Dragon Lineage: Descent from Antiquity
All is relative. We Dragon is the firstborn ultraterrestrial race. Normal humans have been sharing the planet with a flesh-and-blood offshoot, a hybrid of the human species and Great Unknown. Recorded Dragon lineage starts with the Anunnaki and descends through the proto-Scythians, the Sumerians in one branch and the early Egyptians in another; the Phoenicians, the Mittani, back to the Scythians again through marital alliance, along to the "Tuatha de Danaan" and the Fir Bolg; down through their Arch-Druidic, Priest-Princely families, to the Royal Picts of Scotland and the high kings of the Horse Lords of Dal Riada; through to the Elven dynasty of Pendragon and Avallon del Acqs, and down to a few pure bred families today.
This is the same Merovingian line depicted in "The DaVinci Code" and the Grail Quest, as well as the Sumerian lineage of Enki/Satan that paradoxically gave rise to the House of David, Jesus and the Knights Templar. This time the radical tale is told by its Dragon family of origin, rather than outsiders or usurpers. Current genetic and historical evidence confirms the line. Accounts of Dragons or Elves going back to proto-history describe their distinct physical attributes, inherited from a species that scientists claim preceded the human genetic bottleneck by about thirty thousand years. Whether this ancient race was hybridized with another before history is unknown, but later hybridization produced the Elven God-Kings and Ring Lords (the King Tribe) as clearly recorded in Sumerian cylinder rolls.
The biblical Nephilim and the “Watchers” are of the Dragon race, as were the gods of ancient Greece, India, and Mesopotamia. These pantheons are derived from one another. Plato’s Atlantis theory is preceded by a much older tradition relating to the "Ogdoad", eight great Gods who raked the Sacred Mountain - "Atlantis" - after the original Flood.
After the Black Sea Flood, they failed to bring fertility back to the Holy Place so abandoned it for a nomadic life, spreading their deluge story to most cultures, including Chinese, Egyptian and Viking. From the Ogdoad, the first Dragon god-kings of ancient proto-Scythia, come the Mesopotamian gods of the Anunnaki, and later derivative pantheons. The god-king children of the Anunnaki established incredible civilizations.
The cultures of the Sumerians ("proto-Sumerian" originated in Transylvania), the Egyptians and even post-glacial settlers in northern Europe stemmed from this antediluvian prototype – the "Golden Age" presided over by ancient Dragon god-kings and goddess-queens. Scientists have suggested the Atlantean myth and Biblical Flood are linked to Ice Age glacial melt and encounters by Earth with cometary debris. Titanic and Olympian sagas unfold in the Dawn of the Gods in the Black Sea region.
Dragon blood, the blood of the 'gods', is the true source of "divine right" kingship. To say that Dragons are the rightful rulers of the world's governments today might raise contention. Their own view is that the descendants may well be the rightful rulers of the world's governments in the future. Having no desire to rule, they are happy to lend their vision of stewardship to the global community.
"The Dragon" means the dragon archetype resting within the Dragon blood and passed on through the genes. It is the conduit through which flow the memories of the wisdom and experience of the Dragon ancestors. The word "dragon" is derived from the Greek "edrakon", implying "to see clearly". "The Dragon", the inherited Dragon archetype is the conduit of clear sight through which this knowledge flows. Clear sight principally refers to transcendent consciousness.
The Dragon Court also derives from the Court of the Pendragon Kings and Merlins, a lineage inherited through numerous marital alliances with our close cousins, the Dukes of Hamilton, whose estates bordered our own in Lanarkshire.
The Hamiltons were the heirs presumptive to the throne of Scotland. Prince Nicholas de Vere von Drakenberg
Nicholas de Vere spent his early years in the Hertfordshire countryside. At age seven, his family moved to the remote outskirts of the Kentish village of Kemsing, and later to isolated rural settings in Devon and Sussex. His father and mother had contempt for human beings and human society. They sought to protect Nicholas from their mediocrity and banality in the sanctuary of the country. Nicholas learned practical country knowledge from his father, including deep respect for the natural world and ecology.
Nicholas learned about the family’s royal Scottish origins and involvement with royal witchcraft within the dragon tradition, as passed down to Nicholas’ father by his own parents. Nicholas’ father was gifted with the “king’s touch.” His paternal grandmother - a Scottish Gael - was a skilled seer, and his maternal grandmother had spent years as a student of mediumship.
Both of Nicholas’ parents were deeply committed to his broader education, fostering a love of Homer, the Sagas, Omar Khayyam, classical history and mythology. Nicholas grew and developed in isolation, detached from the vacuity of human culture, enveloped in a world of intellectualism, magic, mysticism and imagination. Nicholas was raised by his father to honor the female highly, discovering the greatest spiritual expression of human relationship as seraphic union of the divinity within male and female.
At age twelve, Nicholas was magically dedicated to the dragon tradition formally. At thirteen he first enacted the rite known as “Starfire.” His mother provided him works by Aleister Crowley, and he studied the principals of the Black Arts in earnest, gaining a considerable degree of competence in ritual magic. At fifteen, he underwent the ancient rite of kingship in accordance with archaic Gaelic tradition, bestowing the mantle of sovereignty arising from the very Earth itself.
By the 1980’s, Nicholas had become intimately conversant with a broad spectrum of magical traditions, and political perspectives. During this period he met and rejected numerous proponents of the Wiccan and New age Movements, considering them to be uninformed, self-deluding and magically incompetent.
On Midsummer’s night, 1985 Nicholas’ hereditary skill in and knowledge of royal witchcraft and magic was recognized by the Black Country Covenant of the Baphometic Order of the Cubic Stone, which awarded him the highest accolade of the covenant -- Magister Templi. The Order traces its origins back to the Knights Templars and Nicholas used his investiture as an invocational key in the pursuit of deeper, unwritten knowledge. In 1991 Nicholas was invested as a gartered and anointed knight of the Plantagenet Clan Donnachaid by Lord Lir of Orkney, the head of a cousin branch of the House of Vere.
During the 1990’s, Nicholas developed a series of associations with university lecturers and post-graduate scholars. Following the academic exchanges, Nicholas was encouraged to construct the basis of The Dragon Legacy, influenced by his experience of seraphism and hierogamy and by years of commitment to the elven, Within Dragon tradition, Nicholas is recognized as a royal Dragon prince by the House of Vere, and acknowledged as such by the British Government, Int’l Council of Princes, United Nations and European Commission.
Today, Prince Nicholas de Vere von Drakenberg is the sovereign of the Dragon Court of the Royal House of Vere. Unrivalled as a proponent and scholar of magic, he is the original magical prince; the rightful king of witches by familial inheritance whose ancient, royal elven blood lineage is unquestionable.
Currently Nicholas lives reclusively as a bachelor in a quiet village in the Welsh countryside, pursuing the business of The Imperial & Royal Dragon Court, esoterics, and a broad range of secular interests including music. He is a renaissance man, a polymath.
